I just moved here in December and I like this place a lot. The staff is friendly and when I request to get a few things looked over maintenance showed up the next day and they too was nice. I have already recommended this place for a few of my friends and co-workers too. Hope to spend a long time with complex :)
Very pleasant. Excellent staff. Maintenance is quick to respond. Ground security extremely helpful. I really like the apartment layout and the fact that I have washer/dryer hookups. I'd recommend Windmill to anyone I know looking for an apartment.

The staff is wonderful, friendly, and always make tenants feel like a priority. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly, etc. Unfortunately, you can offer everything necessary but you can't make people use it or do the right things. For instance, so much dog droppings on the grounds even though Windmill has so generously provided disposal bags and a dog "park" - can't make people use it.
So far its been fine. any problems we had with our apt got fixed the next day.. , met some friendly neighbors, very helpful staff when i need anything
