The staff is wonderful, friendly, and always make tenants feel like a priority. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly, etc. Unfortunately, you can offer everything necessary but you can't make people use it or do the right things. For instance, so much dog droppings on the grounds even though Windmill has so generously provided disposal bags and a dog "park" - can't make people use it.

So far its been fine. any problems we had with our apt got fixed the next day.. , met some friendly neighbors, very helpful staff when i need anything
